AirTegrity™ Wireless has a dedicated and experienced management team and highly skilled staff. We recognizes that people are our fundamental assets. The following individuals are the core of the AirTegrity management team:

Greg Phillips

CEO/CTO, Founder, and Chairman of the Board

Phillips has over twenty five years of experience in the research and development of core communications products including broadband wireless equipment ranging from Base Station to multi radio meshed network gateways and subscriber units. In addition his previous developments included intelligent modems, PADS, SNA, and X.25 network products. He brings outstanding business and technical successes to AirTegrity, and through his communications R&D companies he has designed and developed communications products for industry leaders including Analog Devices, Nortel, IBM, Toshiba, GEC, Telstra, Data General, Datacraft, Banksia, Globespan Semiconductor and ESS Technology. Greg has founded two other successful companies, including one of Australia’s first national ISPs, Internet Access Australia which was later sold for $5+M (AUD). Greg is uniquely positioned with his knowledge of product engineering and manufacturing along with first hand experience of the service provider market place needs to lead the team in this venture. An IEEE member and contributing member of the 802.16 working groups, Greg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a double major in Computer Science and Instrumental Science from Swinburne University in Melbourne Australia.
